How Can You Stay Healthy with a Hectic Daily Schedule?

Today, having a tight schedule is not anything new that we are facing.  It is common. 

 

What is uncommon is how do we manoeuvre, navigate our life with a little time at hand, at least in perception.

 

Change of perception will give you adequate time to do everything that you want to do.  Looking at how does one exercise, eating meals at the right time, finding time to rest adequately and to recreate are some of the lifestyle tips which need to be accommodated.

 

Lets begin with sleep. Sleep should be given a lot of importance because rest, recovery,  rejuvenation are all very important factors that should be accounted for. The quality of sleep is more important than the quantity of sleep. Try and prepone your sleeping time by 15 minutes every week, gradually and prepone your wake up time by 15 minutes.

  

On waking up, find the first five minutes for you to exercise every day and for a month, keep the same routine and exercise for those first five minutes.  

 

Next month, find the add on five minutes.  

 

Third month, you will have 15 minutes in your pocket, fourth month 20 and by the end of the year, 12 months, you will have 60 minutes available to you.  

 

All you got to do is first take five minutes off, which is very easy to manage.

 

Coming to food which needs to be an important part of your being.  

 

Just make sure your hunger is at a peak when you want to eat or rather eat only when your hunger peaks.  That ensures very good digestion.

Also, just allow yourself a little time but exclusive time to eat your meal.  At work, one can do a small meal, eating slowly without getting engaged in work, keeping your head cool, calm and collected.

 

Once you come back home, that meal could be leisurely.  This takes care of your workouts, your food and now once again coming to sleep,  eat as early as possible when you reach home so that you have at least three hours before bed for your sleep to happen well.

Look out for your holidays, weekends, where you can also bring in at least two days of recreation, one evening and one full day or one evening and one-half day.

 

This way all four pillars of wellness and wellbeing will be standing tall, and your health will grow tall.

 

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISING?


People say working like a mule is the only way to lose weight.  Hard, harsh, punishing, like a donkey.  Well, working out smart also could be a nice way.  Have you thought about taking regular massages?  They are fun, relaxing, soothing, calming, and helps recover from exhaustion. They also make you lose weight. 

 

Standing, stretching, walking distances for running errands, from transport to workplace and workplace to your transport, and doing staircases throughout and being active is the second way.  

 

However, when you talk about losing weight without exercising, what you eat, when you eat, how you eat and how much you eat is the key. 

Cook healthier meals at home with lots of green and rainbow coloured vegetables and legumes. This gives a feeling of fullness without loading on unnecessary calories.

Lastly, sleep extremely well every day, and you will see your body responding to food in terms of being digested well, nutrients being absorbed well, and eliminating all the toxins efficiently well. This will all help lose weight efficiently.  

 

THE FASTEST WAY TO REDUCE WEIGHT

 

As such, there are no fast ways and shortcuts to lose weight.  But yes, if you’re talking about techniques with science, and were to be serious and can do a tightrope walk, here are some suggestions.
